If a product is not available at the time of your order, we will notify you and provide you with options to either wait until the item is back in stock or to choose an alternative product.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over 500g within Spain. We use only trusted carriers to ensure that your caviar arrives at its destination in perfect condition.we only ship Monday through Friday to ensure the delivery within 48 working hours.
Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.Usually Caviar is not subject to return especially if the jar is opened, except for cases provided for by applicable law.
